These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 36bd ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of the online casino, sports betting, and related services accessible at 36bd.onl. • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and update your details promptly if they change. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not share your account password with any third party. 36bd will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent 36bd should be treated as fraudulent.
• 36bd reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 36bd support immediately at [email protected]. 36bd will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain appropriate security precautions.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to the 36bd support team. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

36bd reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or where continued operation of the account would breach applicable regulations. Where practical, advance notice will be provided, but immediate suspension may apply in cases of suspected fraud or material Terms breach.

All financial transactions on the 36bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 36bd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified local payment methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these services are credited instantly to your 36bd account balance upon confirmed receipt.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 1 to 24 hours depending on the sending institution.

• Any loss of winnings, bonus funds, or promotional credits that were voided in accordance with the terms of a specific Promotion or as a result of a prohibited conduct finding.

By using the 36bd platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
